Sorting & Organizing: Our team will help sort through items, categorizing them into keep, donate, recycle, and dispose of piles. We work with clients to make informed decisions about their belongings, ensuring that important items are preserved.
Debris Removal: We remove unwanted items, debris, and trash from the home, ensuring the space is cleared and safe.
Deep Cleaning: After the decluttering process is complete, we perform a deep cleaning of the entire space, including floors, walls, windows, and any necessary sanitization to eliminate odors and allergens.
Discretion and Sensitivity: Our team is trained to handle hoarding situations with care, ensuring confidentiality and support throughout the process.
Rates:
Initial Assessment Fee: $150 (this fee is waived if you book a complete clean-up service)
Hourly Rate for Clean Up: $85-$160 per hour, depending on the severity of the hoarding situation and the size of the team required. This rate includes:
- Sorting and organizing assistance
- Cleaning labor
- Debris removal
Flat Rate Packages: Depending on the scale of the project, we can offer flat rate packages for complete clean-up services:
- Small Scale (1-2 Rooms): $650-$1,200
- Medium Scale (3-4 Rooms): $1,200-$2,500
- Large Scale (5+ Rooms): $2,500-$5,000+
Additional Services:
Disposal Fees: $100-$500 (depending on the volume and type of items being removed).
Post-Cleaning Deep Cleaning Package: $200-$400 (includes thorough cleaning of the entire space after hoarding clean-up).
