These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the residential cleaning services (“Services”) provided by Superb Sisters Cleaning LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our Services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these
Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Services Provided

We offer a range of residential cleaning services, which may include:
– Regular Cleaning (Basic Cleaning)
– Deep Cleaning
– Move In/Out Cleaning
– Post-Construction Cleaning
– Specialty Cleaning (e.g., oven cleaning, window cleaning, etc.)

Specific services, rates, and frequency will be outlined in your service agreement prior to service commencement.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

*Scheduling: Clients must schedule cleaning services at least 24 hours in advance. Scheduling with less than 24 hour notice will incur a fee of $25.00. Same day scheduling will incur a fee of $40.00.
*Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the
appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the overall cleaning cost. Reschedules requested less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of $30.00 added to the original quoted service price.

3. Payment Terms

*Rates: All rates for services will be provided in your service agreement and are subject to change with prior written notice.
*Payment Methods: We accept Venmo, Cash App, Credit Card, Electronic payment
*Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
– Ensure that all cleaning areas are accessible and free of hazards.
– Secure pets in a safe location during the cleaning process.
– Remove or protect any valuable or fragile items.
-Notify cleaner if anyone will be on premises during service execution.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for complete satisfaction with our Services. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning provided, please notify us within 8 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns to your satisfaction at no extra cost.

6. Liability Limitations

While we take pride in our cleaning services, Superb Sisters Cleaning LLC is not liable for any damages, loss, or theft of client property unless caused by our negligence. Clients are encouraged to secure valuable items prior to our arrival.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superb Sisters Cleaning LLC, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our Services or any violation of these Terms.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate Services for clients who fail to comply with these Terms or engage in inappropriate or abusive behavior toward our staff.

9. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be informed of any changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our Services signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kings County.
